Zach Yudkoff
Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Prior to founding Anza, Zach was an initial investment team member of an upper-middle market private equity firm, Ethos Capital, which invests primarily in information services businesses. In this role, Zach focused on acquisitions and management of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of private technology and digital infrastructure businesses.

Prior to Ethos Capital, Zach spent time advising technology companies on mergers and acquisitions at Moelis & Company, a leading global M&A advisory firm. While primarily focused on M&A advisory, Zach also spent time advising on capital raises and SPAC transactions.

Prior to Moelis, Zach worked at Garnett Station Partners, a New York based Private Equity firm focusing on investment in consumer and services businesses.

Zach holds a degree in Applied Engineering Physics from Cornell University.
Andrew Brady
Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Prior to founding Anza, Andrew led the software / technology fundamental equity investing efforts for Squarepoint Capital, a global multi-strategy asset manager managing ~$20 billion. In this role, Andrew was responsible for an investment portfolio of private and public companies and extensively engaged with management teams of many leading B2B companies.

Prior to Squarepoint, Andrew worked for Bain Capital, one of the world’s largest value-add private company investors, which manages $185 billion of assets. At Bain, Andrew conducted a number of private market acquisitions of software and technology businesses.

Prior to Bain Capital, Andrew was with J.P. Morgan where his focus was mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital raising for Tech, Media, and Telecom companies.

Andrew graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Applied Economics & Management / Finance from Cornell University, where he was a Dyson Scholar.

Michael brings decades of Founder and C-Suite experience in the Software & Technology industry and is a key part of Anza’s strategic advisory capabilities
Mediaocean was sold to Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and has since been sold to CVC and TA Associates. -
Through his family office, Michael has invested behind a number of start-ups, small businesses, and real estate development projects.

Michael is an active philanthropist and has served on the boards of a number of philanthropic organizations such as OLA of Eastern Long Island, The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Foundation, and The American Friends of Winchester College.

Seasoned executive with 3+ decades of experience in a number of B2B and B2C industries – having held key senior leadership positions (President, CRO, etc.) at firms such as: Baan, SSA Global, Infor, JDA, TATA Digital, SumTotal, Symphony EYC, and Mi9 Retail

Prior to founding Garnett Station, Matt worked at L Catterton Partners, a leading consumer and retail focused private equity firm with over $30 billion of capital under management. Before L Catterton, Matt worked in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup, where he executed a number of M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions.

Matt holds an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School where he was selected as an Arthur Rock Center Fellow and a BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
