Zach Yudkoff

Co-Founder

  • Prior to founding Anza, Zach was an initial investment team member of an upper-middle market private equity firm, Ethos Capital, which invests primarily in information services businesses. In this role, Zach focused on acquisitions and management of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of private technology and digital infrastructure businesses.
  • Prior to Ethos Capital, Zach spent time advising technology companies on mergers and acquisitions at Moelis & Company, a leading global M&A advisory firm. While primarily focused on M&A advisory, Zach also spent time advising on capital raises and SPAC transactions.
  • Prior to Moelis, Zach worked at Garnett Station Partners, a New York based Private Equity firm focusing on investment in consumer and services businesses.
  • Zach holds a degree in Applied Engineering Physics from Cornell University.

Andrew Brady

Co-Founder

  • Prior to founding Anza, Andrew led the software / technology fundamental equity investing efforts for Squarepoint Capital, a global multi-strategy asset manager managing ~$20 billion. In this role, Andrew was responsible for an investment portfolio of private and public companies and extensively engaged with management teams of many leading B2B companies.
  • Prior to Squarepoint, Andrew worked for Bain Capital, one of the world's largest value-add private company investors, which manages $185 billion of assets. At Bain, Andrew conducted a number of private market acquisitions of software and technology businesses.
  • Prior to Bain Capital, Andrew was with J.P. Morgan where his focus was mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital raising for Tech, Media, and Telecom companies.
  • Andrew graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Applied Economics & Management / Finance from Cornell University, where he was a Dyson Scholar.
